Cookie Policy
This policy explains what information cellahub.pl stores on your device. The website is run by CellaHub Sp. z o.o., registered in Wrocław, pl. Św. Macieja 7/5, 50-244 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0000852765, NIP 8943156688.
§ 1. Cookies only with your consent
Without your consent the website stores no cookies on your device. On your first visit we ask for consent to Google Analytics cookies – you can accept, refuse (“Essential only”) or decide later. We remember your choice and its date in browser storage (localStorage, entry cellahub_consent_v1) so we do not ask on every visit. This entry stays on your device and is not sent to us or anyone else.
§ 2. Google Analytics
If you consent to analytics cookies, the website loads Google Analytics 4 – a tool by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) that shows us how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they come from. Google Analytics stores two cookies:
- _ga – distinguishes visitors, expires after 2 years;
- _ga_34MYSNFCJE – keeps track of the current visit, expires after 2 years.
Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses – it only uses them to work out an approximate location. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising or combine it with other data. It may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). See Google’s privacy policy.
§ 3. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time – with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page or here. When you withdraw consent, the website deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser and Google stops collecting data about your visits.
§ 4. Visit counter
Separately from Google Analytics, we count visits ourselves, on the server – without cookies and without consent, because nothing is stored on your device. We store the address of the page visited and an irreversible hash made from the IP address and the browser – the IP address itself is never stored, and the hash changes every day, so it cannot identify anyone or follow them from one day to the next. Entries older than 400 days are deleted automatically.
§ 5. Files from our own server
Your browser loads typefaces, scripts and photos from our server. The only exception is the Google Analytics script (www.googletagmanager.com), loaded only after your consent. The access map on the Contact page is a drawing, not a third-party map service.
§ 6. Links to Google Maps
The “Get directions in Google Maps” and “Open in Google Maps” links lead to Google. Only after you click them may Google store cookies on your device, under its own privacy policy.
§ 7. Admin panel
The content management panel, used only by the people who run the website, uses essential session and form-security cookies. This does not apply to visitors.
§ 8. Browser settings
You can review or delete stored cookies and site data at any time in your browser’s privacy settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera all offer this).
§ 9. Changes
If we change the tools that store cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again where needed. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
